The Pegasus School has an immediate opening for a General Maintenance Technician to join our Facilities department.

Working under the supervision of the Facilities Manager, the Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for keeping all mechanical equipment, furniture, school buildings and grounds in good repair and working order. This individual works in partnership with the Facilities team to perform general maintenance and custodial duties ensuring a clean and safe campus for the entire school community. Duties vary but may involve rough and finish carpentry, drywall, minor plumbing, electrical repairs as well as groundskeeping and event setup and breakdown.

This is an immediate opening. The start date is negotiable and anticipated on or near May 15. This is a full-time, twelve-month, hourly, non-exempt position. The expected hours for this position are Monday through Friday, 6:30 AM to 3:00 PM. Occasional extended hours and weekend hours may required on occasion to support campus events and projects.

Compensation & Benefits

Pay Range: $26.00 to $34.00 per hour

Starting pay rate will be commensurate with experience and qualifications

Classification: hourly, non-exempt
